Wham Food and Beverage Company was founded in 1993 with the simple idea of bringing vendor food closeouts directly to discount end users on a national level. Nearly two decades later, we have grown to become one of the most trusted and well respected food and beverage closeout companies in North America.

We buy direct from manufacturers and find alternate distribution for their closeouts and overproductions that do not disturb present marketing.

Our customers are comprised of non-traditional user accounts such as independent grocery stores, food banks, dollar and discount stores, correctional institutions and export accounts.

We handle several categories of food closeout items: shelf stable, refrigerated and frozen.
